Shipping Rates & Returns information

Welcome to the Swimz direct retail store. We hope that you will be delighted by the products & service that we offer. Please do get in touch if you would like any further information about the products we sell. 

Shipping Policy
We aim to pick, pack & dispatch all orders placed before 3:00pm on the same day (Mon - Fri). During busy times this may not always be possible & we will let you know if there will be a delay. 

All orders £20.00 & over qualify for free UK standard delivery. Paid for express options are also available should you need your order a little quicker. 

 

Returns Policy
We do understand that sometime things don't fit / are not suitable for your intended use. We ask that you determine if an item is suitable before you use it. 

Returns of new & unused items including correct packaging & swing tags will be accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in "new" condition. We define "New" as "as you would wish to receive the goods". 

Please do let us know if you need to return anything so that we can give instructions & assist you where necessary. 

Return postage costs will be met by the customer unless the wrong item has been supplied OR the goods are faulty. 

We are unable to accept used items for refund unless faulty. Please do not return used items as they will not be refunded & will be disposed of safely. 

If an item is returned incomplete, without correct packaging OR swing tags we reserve the right to make a reasonable reduction to any refund issued. A full explanation will be provided if this is the case. 

Refunds will be processed within 10 working days of receipt of your parcel. Please only make contact after the 10 days have passed.
